Paste or upload two CSVs — your tenant AR ledger and your bank deposit history — and Payment Matcher fuzzy-matches them by amount, date, and tenant name. Matches go in the green column. Probable matches that need a human eye go yellow. Anything unmatched goes red, with a one-line explanation of why. Optionally ask Claude to weigh in on the ambiguous middle column.
A locally-running offline twin of what a Plaid + Yardi integration would do, without the OAuth, without the IT review, without leaving your browser. Your data never goes to a server unless you opt in to the Claude assist on a specific row.
